The aim of this book is to allay the anxiety and fear of the pregnant mother and to aim at bringing a great personality on to this earth by virtue of her thoughts and talking to the baby in the womb.

Pregnant mother is the interface between external world and baby. What mother eats nourishes the child, what mother breathes, oxygen will go to the baby; what mother thinks each thought releases some chemicals which affects the mother, but as baby is connected to the mother through the umbilical cord, the blood with chemicals also reaches the foetus in utero and produces the same influence in the child. If the mother is happy, child will be happy.

As a part of decreasing fear and anxiety during pregnancy and labour, we have initiated a technique of bonding with the baby in the womb. We ask our mothers to talk to the baby in the womb. Eventually, we have seen the mother becoming more confident, delivering without much complication in these cases. We also observed that, the child has been responding to the mother as they have talked.

The whole process has been explained in the book. Feedbacks of the mothers about their experiences have been given in different chapters of the book.
